My Digital Day

We are learning about how we advertise ourselves online. We talked about only posting things online that keep us safe. We learned how tagging photos and posts that make it easier to find out about someone,so we need to be careful about our posts content.

We created a D.L.O showing our digital Day.

Firstly, we had to go on to a Google Drawing and make a copy.

Secondly, we had to go into our history and pick a day that we had been online a lot.

Thirdly, we had to insert the logo that we had in our history and copy the logo that we had in our history.

Lastly, we had to make a blog and input the work that we done and write a WALT.

I noticed that on that day I was on Math Whizz a lot.

We are learning about our digital footprint. We talked about private and public information. I learned to not say your birthday because people find information about you. I  already knew not to say your email or your phone number or address because people can find out where you live and go to your house.

The Loaves.

 

This week for Literacy we have been learning about metaphors. A metaphor compares two different things. In our class we did a poem about the loaves. 

We are learning about this language feature to help us become better writers.

In this poem, the author uses the language feature of metaphors to compare bread to clouds, and the sky to an oven. 

I found It easy to Draw the patterns. 

I found it hard to find verb in the poem.

I really enjoyed  colouring in the patterns.

Next time I need to learn more about metaphors and more.
